We still don’t really know how many species there are on Earth, and have named only a fraction of these.

How can we find out how many species there are?

How can we use genomic information to increase the rate of discovery of species, and for assessing their evolutionary relationships and significance?

What are the truly amazing discoveries of biodiversity richness that are still occurring today?
